All spaces are assigned by The Friends of the Sachem Rock Farm, Inc., and are subject to change by The Friends up to and during the event. 2. Vendors will be assigned a 12-foot by 12-foot space. 3. Vendors are responsible for providing all materials needed for their display and its set- up. At the close of the Festival the area must be left clean. 4. The Friends of the Sachem Rock Farm, Fall Festival 2008 is an outdoor event conducted rain or shine. The event will be held entirely outdoors. The donation is not refundable. 5. The vendor agrees to abide by all regulations established by The Friends of Sachem Rock Farm, Inc. and the Town of East Bridgewater. 6. The vendor is responsible for the collection and payment of any taxes resulting from activities at the Fall Festival. 7. Vendors must remain for the duration of the Festival (10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.) There is no sharing or subleasing of spaces. The undersigned hereby agrees to adhere to items 1-7 and releases The Friends of the Sachem Rock Farm, Inc., its agents, and the Town of East Bridgewater from any and all liability for personal injury, theft, property loss, or any damages to personal property resulting from activities connected with the Friends of the Sachem Rock, Inc.
