VENDOR EVENT INFORMATION:
1. Vendors will be assigned approximately a 12'x12' space. We strongly recommend a dependable canopy and each crafter must supply their own tables, chairs, etc. Spaces are assigned on a first come, first-served basis.
2. There is NO electric service available.
3. Vendors will receive a written confirmation upon acceptance. The confirmation will contain a space assignment. You must have this number with you for check-in on Festival day.
4. Vendor set-up is between 7:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 18. All set-up must be completed by 9:30 a.m. Vehicles are not permitted in the Festival area after 9:00 a.m. They must be moved to the far end of the parking area.
5. Special requests will be considered, but must be noted on the application form. NO CHANGES IN LOCATION WILL BE MADE ON FESTIVAL DAY.
6. The Friends will be conducting a raffle for the Farm. Donations of items are welcomed and appreciated and, as always, tax deductible.
7. THE FRIENDS WILL PROVIDE AND DISTRIBUTE MEDIA INFORMATION AND PUBLICITY.
HOW TO APPLY:
1. Donation: One 12'x12' space: $40.00. If accepted, you will receive your confirmation by mail. The confirmation packet will contain a notice of acceptance & space number. Please provide your space number at check in on the day of the Festival. Applications should be submitted by March 31, 2008. There is a $15.00 late fee for applications not postmarked by June 30, 2008.
2. Three photos of your work must be submitted w/ application, unless accepted in previous years.
3. Mail: vendor application, signed agreement, check or money order, photos, and SASE for confirmation and space assignment to:

(All of number 3 above must be received to complete application process.)
Please make checks or money order payable to: The Friends of the Sachem Rock Farm, Inc.
If accepted, you will receive your confirmation by mail. The confirmation packet will
contain a notice of acceptance and your assigned vendor space number. Your vendor space number must
be provided at check-in and returned at the end of the Festival. Please keep a copy of application & signed
agreement for your records.
